Midway University Celebrates Ashley Quintana at May 11 Commencement Ceremony

Midway University celebrated the achievements of its graduating class of 2024 at a Commencement Ceremony held on Saturday, May 11, at the Graves Amphitheater. This outdoor event was a joyous occasion filled with pride, reflection, and hope for the future.

After inspiring speeches and special recognitions, the ceremony proceeded with the conferring of degrees upon the graduates. The master's degree candidates were honored first, followed by the bachelor's and associate degree candidates. Each graduate was personally greeted by Board Campbell and President Marsden, marking the culmination of years of hard work and dedication.

Ashley Quintana from Lexington Kentucky completed a Associate of Science in Nursing (ADN) .

President Marsden concluded the ceremony by expressing gratitude to the families, friends, faculty, and staff who supported the graduates throughout their academic journey. He then invited the graduates to switch their tassels, symbolizing their transition from students to alumni of Midway University.

The event concluded with the singing of the Midway University Alma Mater, symbolizing the enduring bond between the graduates and their alma mater. With hearts full of pride and anticipation, the Class of 2024 embarked on a new chapter of their lives, equipped with knowledge, skills, and memories that will last a lifetime.
