Midway University Crowns Homecoming King and Queen

Midway, KY (10/31/2024) — On Saturday, October 26, Midway University held its annual homecoming ceremony. The members of the Royal Court were:

Belle Dotson (London, Kentucky)
Aaron Garcia (Dacula, Georgia)

Seniors

Aubry Koester (Apple Valley, California)
Kaylie Clark (Lawrenceburg, Kentucky)
Holly Johnstone (Wollongong, Australia)

Axel Sperling (Stockholm, Sweden)
Bryson Lynch (Evansville, Indiana)
David Emfinger (Pine Mountain, Georgia)

Following the presentation of the entire Royal Court, the King and Queen were named. This year's Homecoming King was David Emfinger and the Queen was Kaylie Clark.

David is majoring in Nursing and is actively involved in the Midway community as a resident assistant, a member of the wrestling team, and the Midway Association of Nursing Students.

Kaylie is majoring in nursing with a minor in psychology. Kaylie is an active member of the Midway University community, as a member of the women's volleyball team. Kaylie also serves as a resident assistant, a member of the Midway Activities Council, Midway Association of Nursing Students, and is manager of the Men's Wrestling Team.
